8th Dec 2007 Xmas Party at the NPL

The annual Strawbs Fancy Dress Xmas Party was the best yet. The theme was Heroes and Heroines. The bands playing were Benedictus ( Strawbs tribute band) Acoustic Strawbs, Cry No More, Blue Angel Orchestra and Dave Lambert rock band. 30th Nov / 1st Dec 2007 Fire - The Magic Shoemaker

Nov 2007 - Witchwooders go Wild in Deal

After the superb Blue Angel Orchestra performance the previous night, an intrepid group of Witchwooders decided to meet on Deal pier - the men in the white coats were summoned, but fortunately we managed to escape ! See what we got up to by clicking the Witchwooders button.

2nd Dec 2006 - 1960's themed Christmas Party at NPL Teddington

17th Sept 2006 - A night at the Blue Angel, Deal

Dave and Chas were joined by Miller Anderson - guitar, vocals, Ian Cutler - fiddle, Chris Hunt - drums, Howard Werth - guitar,vocals, to form the Blue Angel Orchestra.  The capacity audience in Deal were treated to something very different, along with other special guests, to complete a memorable night. Mike and I, along with the usual Witchwood contingent ( Dick, Nigel, Lindsay, Carole, Steve ) were joined by Dave Lambert and Jill, Neil and Sue and Tony Grimmer from NPL in a packed hall at the Turks Head for Cry No More's Christmas Bash 2005. Some of the pictures of the party dancing were just too dreadful to inflict on a viewing public, but here are a few of the tamer shots.
